Return Policy
Liquor City does not sell on a consignment basis.
store manager only has authority to process returns.
product must have been bought from liquor city.
THERE ARE ONLY 3 CIRCUMSTANCES THAT CAN QUALIFY FOR A RETURN:
1. LOCAL DELIVERY:
inspect your order upon delivery. If something with your order is incorrect, you may either accept the entire order and return the incorrect items to the delivery driver for a refund. refunds are processed after the delivery driver returns to the store If within store operation hours. otherwise, the return is processed the following day. allow 2-4 days for the refund to register on your credit card account. a copy of the credit card refund slip will be emailed to your email address.
2. FLAWED ITEM:
All returns/refunds are made in the store, whether the item was delivered or purchased by instore/pick-up curbside. In the case of flawed product, the return of an empty containers is not acceptable. There must be original product in the container so as to verify the flaw. A sales receipt proving that the item was purchased at liquor city must be submitted with the item. without a sales receipt a refund cannot accepted. the item being returned will be refunded at the original price as listed on the sales receipt. the flawed item must have been purchased within 1 day of a return. shoppers who often return items may be deemed as abusers of this policy and will forfeit their return privilege.
3. RULES RETURNING MATURE/COLLECTABLE WINE:
Inspect all mature/collectable wines (5years or older than current vintage) when delivered. Mature/collectable wines are purchased without a return policy. Upon delivery make note of specific external conditions of the bottle, label, capsule, cork and vintage. If the item does not meet your expectations, return the item to the delivery driver for a refund. Refunds are processed after the delivery driver returns to the store if within store operation hours. otherwise, the return is processed the following day. allow 2-4 days for the refund to register on your credit card account. A copy of the credit card refund slip will be emailed to your email address. If you accept the item, you have then accepted our as is” return policy as stated.
